Our Story

In 2022, my friends and I launched a media brand, Pub Football, to connect with the football community in a way that's authentic and as casual as a conversation at the pub - hence the name.

Throughout our journey, we discovered that there was no real way to play a football/fútbol/soccer themed adult party game outside of video games or improvising on the go.

And we thought that was unacceptable because if you're like us, you'll find any reason to talk or play football with a drink in hand.

So over the past year we've worked to develop CAPTAIN™, the first card game to combine elements of Kings Cup, A**hole, and all of the other fun stuff with the overarching theme of football.

The result - a really fun game with a rollercoaster of emotions, much like a football match.
